Internal Interfaces

We were commissioned to finish the common areas of this mixed-use project, comprising the entrance lobbies to the individual residences and guesthouse as well as the common internal garden. We sought to create a simple and clean material palette, wherein complementary tonalities and textures encounter one another. The high-quality finishes are executed with careful detailing, especially at interfaces, and enhanced by a bespoke lighting scheme that was designed around the spaces’ programmes and individual aesthetics.

This project was awarded a special commendation at the Planning Authority’s 2021 MASP Awards in the category Residential Architecture.
