Responsible Architecture
New Internal Volumes
In one of our most challenging projects to date, a private residence that is barely 3.4m in width and wedged between four-storey commitments is reinvented by introducing a beautifully lit double-height space in between the habitable floors. The design manages to execute the clients’ programme requirements in full, while managing to release space to create a dramatic volume that enhances the living experience and that compensates for the width restrictions that characterise the property.
